Very many thanks for all the assistance that you gave to me during your visit on Saturday morning. This computer is now working properly and speedily and thanks to you I am confident of its defences against intruders. I shall certainly be singing your praises to anyone who will listen. JRP (Home User) Mike helped me by explaining everything at my pace and in layman's terms. My background is not in I.T. and I needed this support to help me become more professional in the work that I do. I found him very patient and re-assuring, I could tell he was a trained teacher!

Mike goes to great lengths to provide the best ICT support for colleagues. He tailors the pace and content for each individual, depending on their level of experience. He is very patient, even with the most technophobic.
